Startup Acceleration Hub

During this program, to accelerate the generation of innovative media solutions, we invited digital media startups, entrepreneurs and media professionals to join our DIP project acceleration hub. Innovative ideas that aim to combat misinformation and strengthen media literacy received financial support and exceptional technical guidance from regional and international experts.

As the DIP project comes to an end, with our DIP acceleration startups finishing their training and technical assistance during the DIP project, we now look forward to your contribution to building innovative digital media solutions that counter media disinformation and illiteracy by supporting these startups with feedback on their websites/tools, and digital solutions through the following forms. Please take a moment to try or check these solutions, and then fill out their form. Each form should only take 2-4 minutes to fill.

In around 4 months, participating startups accelerated their growth by receiving a wide range of business support services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Business opportunity assessment
  • Business planning
  • Product development
  • Access to markets
  • Financial modeling
  • Fundraising strategies
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Pitching and storytelling

The DIP project, funded by the EU International Partnerships, and implemented with DW Akademie and Elbiro Media Foundation, aims to strengthen social resilience against the growing threats of fake news and hate speech in the fast-evolving world of digital media.
